Booking places on pleasure or fishing trips

You can reserve places by telephone, then you must call again on the day to confirm your booking and check with us the sea state.

please make sure you/your party are at the departure area at least 10 minutes before your departure time otherwise we may sell your place/places to others.

Terms and Conditions for 'Private Hire - Pleasure Trips'

I / We, the hirer of the vessel agree to the following conditions:-

1. 50% deposit secures your booking.

Before traveling down, please call us to check on the weather conditions and sea state.

2. The balance must be paid in full, prior to departure.

3. If your group/party are late for the departure time, the return time stays exactly as booked, NO REFUNDS OR EXTENSIONS OF TIME are permitted.

4. Any person/persons likely to cause harm or discomfort to themselves or others, or likely to threaten the safety of the vessel will be returned to the birth and will be removed. This action is at the discretion of the skipper.

5. If sea state is too rough to go ahead (skippers decision), the trip will continue in sheltered water, a tour of the harbour, followed by returning the same route and including a visit to the sea entrance. The duration of this tour will be the same as the original time booked or reduced by up to 50% as would the cost.

6. If the sea and weather are to bad (I.E. rough seas, windy and raining) then the trip will be cancelled and a voucher for another date will be offered or a refund of the deposit less 5%.
